Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
There are many clients who thrive with a structured and planned approach to the counseling process. For those that desire to follow an 8-week course of therapy, or for those who would like to attempt a course of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy on their own I am providing a free resource from a leader in Mindfulness Based Therapy, Elisha Goldstein. Using the Preliminary Client Handout for MBCT allows you to assist the work that we do together (if you are an existing or future client) or take your healing and growth into a self-led direction. The handout will prompt you to use a series of tapes, but in order for you to take on this program free I am collecting some guided mediations you can use to complete the MBCT protocol below.
