This is collection of breath focused meditations that I find useful in my personal and professional practice. Breath focused meditation are simple. yet in my experience difficult. Your mind is 100% going to wander away from the breath into planning, judging, critiquing and analyzing. This is OK, continue to just bring your attention back to the breath over and over again.
