OUT OF NETWORK: I do not take insurance plans currently. However, I can provide you with a super-bill in order for you to file for Out of Network reimbursement. This option does require that I provide your insurance company with a specific coded DSM-5 diagnosis.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
